Director and screenwriter Craig Macneill's work has been exhibited in festivals, galleries, and exhibitions worldwide.

Pictured in New York Magazine's Sundance Class of 2005 feature view page, Craig’s award winning short film, 'Late Bloomer,' was an official selection at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival and played over twenty prestigious festivals worldwide, winning the Audience Award for Best Short Film at the Lake Placid Film Festival and Best of the Fest at the Montreal Comedia Film Festival. Late Bloomer is currently being distributed through IndiePix. IFC, in affiliation with Rooftop Films, streamed 'Late Bloomer' throughout the fall and winter of 2007 on IFC.com.

In October of 2009 Craig, along with Alexei Kaleina, completed their feature film, The Afterlight , starring Michael Kelly, Ana Asensio, Jicky Schnee, and Oscar nominated actor Rip Torn. 'The Afterlight' had it's world premiere at the 2009 Rome Film Festival, and was featured as the headlining story in the ‘In Focus section of Filmmaker Magazine view page. Additionally, Craig completed a short film he wrote and directed, titled Lobos (Wolves), shot entirely on location in Spain with post production taking place in New York City. Lobos (Wolves) premiered at the 2009 Zagreb Film Festival.

Most recently, Craig has been awarded a 2010 Jerome Foundation grant to direct a short film, in which he co-wrote with acclaimed author Clay McLeod Chapman, titled Henley.
